How to get support

This article will assist you on how to manage articles on Zoho helpdesk. 

You can follow the steps below.

 

If you want to submit a new ticket via the SOKO District website follow Step 1 - 5

If you want to submit a new ticket via the SOKO Helpdesk and Support Portal follow Step 6 – 12

If you want to access the SOKO District Knowledge-base, visit SOKO District Support Portal

 

To submit a support ticket on the SOKO District website

 

Step 1: Visit theSOKO District website

Step 2: Click Support at the bottom of the page. 



Note: A new page will open. 




Step 3: To create your ticket, select one of the options under the Choose your ticket to submit heading. 

 

Note: If your issue is not listed here, click Submit a ticket. 

 



Step 4: To finalise your ticket, enter your contact details and give us a brief description of your question or the issue you’ve encountered. 




Step 5: Click the Submit ticket button. 




Note: For trading retailer specific support requests, you will be asked to log in with your registered SOKO District credentials before you can submit your support ticket.  




Note: Your ticket is now successfully submitted, and a ticket number allocated to your request. Please reference this ticket number in all communication to the SOKO District team. 

 

To submit a support ticket on the SOKO District online platform 

 

Step 6: Visit the SOKO Helpdesk and Support Portal

Step 7: Click Home at the top of the page.  




Step 8: Click the Submit a ticket button at the bottom of the page. 




Step 9: To create your ticket, enter your contact details, ticket information and enter a short description of your question or issue you’ve encountered. 




Step 10: To attach a file or images, click on the Attach a file icon and upload you content. Note the maximum allowable file size. 




Step 11: Enter the text displayed in the Captcha. 




Step 12: Click the Submit button. 




Note: Your ticket is now successfully submitted, and a ticket number allocated to your request. Please reference this ticket number in all communication to the SOKO District team. 

Note: To view progress on your tickets, register on the SOKO District Support portal to view your complete ticket history.
