How to sign up on the SOKO Helpdesk and Support portal

This article will detail how to register and create a Support portal profile.


Follow the below steps. 


            Step 1: Visit the SOKO District support portal and click Sign Up at the top of the page.
 

 



            Step 2: Create your SOKO Support profile credentials by entering your name, surname and email address. 




Step 3:  Enter the text displayed in the Captcha and click the Sign Up button. 





Note: An invitation email will be sent to the email address you've entered, this will allow you to access
your online SOKO Support profile.
 


Note: When accepting your invitation, you will be redirected to the Self-Service Portal. 

 

Step 4: Enter and confirm a password. 




Step 5: Click on the Register button to proceed. 



            Step 6: The following screen will confirm your successful registration.

You have now successfully created your SOKO Support Portal profile!
